These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TempMail.so and its related services (collectively, the "Service"). Samywise LTD is the legal entity that operates and provides the Service under the TempMail.so brand ("Samywise LTD," "TempMail.so," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms form an agreement between you and Samywise LTD for use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TempMail.so provides temporary email addresses and related features, which may include saved addresses, custom domains, forwarding, longer retention, storage, and API access. Features, limits, availability, and pricing may vary by plan and may change over time.
Temporary email is not intended for emergency, financial, medical, legal, or other sensitive communications. Addresses and messages may expire or be deleted according to the selected lifespan, plan, or our operational and abuse-prevention requirements. You are responsible for keeping copies of any information you need.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and meet the minimum age required by applicable law. The Service is not directed to children under 13.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate account information;
Protecting your password, sign-in method, and API credentials;
All activity performed through your account; and
Promptly notifying us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must comply with applicable laws and must not use the Service to:
Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, phishing messages, malware, or deceptive content;
Commit fraud, impersonate another person, evade enforcement, or facilitate unlawful activity;
Harass, threaten, exploit, or violate the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of any person;
Access accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
Interfere with, overload, scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or circumvent security or usage limits of the Service;
Resell or commercially exploit the Service unless we have agreed in writing; or
Engage in payment fraud, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, or manipulation of ratings or reviews.
We may investigate suspected abuse and may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, the Service, or our legal and payment obligations.
The current features, billing intervals, and prices for Premium plans are shown on our Pricing page. Taxes and the final amount due are shown at checkout. We may change future pricing or plan features, but changes will not retroactively alter a completed billing period.
Samywise LTD does not provide membership, credit, payment, or any other benefit in exchange for publishing a review, rating, or tutorial. Any public review must be voluntary and independent.
Samywise LTD is the supplier and operator of TempMail.so. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for website purchases. This means Paddle, rather than Samywise LTD, is the seller of record for the payment transaction and is responsible for payment processing, applicable taxes, billing, and eligible refunds. Samywise LTD remains responsible for providing and supporting the TempMail.so Service.
Your purchase transaction with Paddle is governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms, Paddle Privacy Notice, and applicable checkout terms. Your use of the TempMail.so Service is governed by these Terms with Samywise LTD.
Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge the payment method shown at checkout for each renewal, including applicable taxes.
You may cancel at any time through the subscription-management link in your TempMail.so account or the Paddle buyer portal linked in your purchase confirmation email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and no further renewal charge will be made after cancellation. Except where a refund or mandatory law requires otherwise, Premium access continues until that period ends.
TempMail.so provides a 14-day refund window for website purchases. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase or a renewal charge. How to submit a request, statutory withdrawal rights, and the effect of a refund on product access are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Service, software, site design, logos, and original content are owned by or licensed to Samywise LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to receive, store, process, transmit, and remove that content to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment, identity, analytics, advertising, infrastructure, and email-delivery providers. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay amounts due, or if suspension is reasonably required by law, a court, a regulator, Paddle, or another infrastructure or payment partner.
On termination, rights granted under these Terms end. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions, will survive.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery or retention of any message, suitability of an address for a third-party website, or that the Service will be error-free or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samywise LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for a paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid for that Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security, or business operations. We will update the date above and, where required, provide additional notice. Material changes apply prospectively. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Your transaction with Paddle may also be subject to the governing-law and dispute provisions in the Paddle Buyer Terms.
