Samywise LTD is the legal entity that operates TempMail.so and is the data controller for personal data processed to provide our websites, accounts, temporary email services, and related features (collectively, the "Service"). Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
Account and identity data: Email address, authentication identifiers, password hash, account preferences, and information received when you choose Google sign-in;
Mailbox content: Temporary email addresses, messages, attachments, sender and recipient data, timestamps, and related routing metadata;
Subscription and transaction data: Plan, subscription status, billing period, Paddle customer, subscription, and transaction identifiers, and limited purchase information supplied by Paddle. Paddle processes payment-card and billing details; we do not store full card numbers;
Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, request and security logs, cookie or similar identifiers, pages viewed, and interactions with the Service;
Communications: Messages and support requests you send to us; and
Optional consent data: Your choice about receiving optional account tips or other communications.

Create accounts, authenticate users, receive and display email, provide Premium features, and otherwise perform the Service;
Process and support purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and account entitlements;

Samywise LTD is the supplier and operator of TempMail.so. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for website purchases. Paddle separately controls and independently processes buyer identity, location, contact, billing, payment, tax, and fraud-prevention data under its Privacy Notice. Paddle shares limited buyer and transaction data with Samywise LTD for product fulfillment, subscription administration, fraud prevention, and support.
We use Paddle-supplied buyer data for those purposes and do not use it for unrelated marketing unless the buyer has separately provided valid consent.
We do not sell personal data. We may share data only as reasonably necessary with:
Paddle and payment partners for checkout, taxes, subscription administration, refunds, fraud prevention, and support;
Infrastructure and security providers for hosting, databases, object storage, content delivery, monitoring, and abuse prevention;
Authentication and communication providers for Google sign-in and delivery of account or support emails;
Analytics and advertising providers, including Google, to measure usage, operate advertising, and improve the Service;
Professional advisers and authorities where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; and
A successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Service providers may process data only for the services they provide to us and subject to their contractual and legal obligations.

Temporary email is designed for short-lived communications, not highly sensitive information. Anyone who knows or obtains access to a temporary address or authenticated account may be able to receive or view related messages. Do not use the Service for passwords, financial records, medical information, legal notices, or other confidential communications.
Free temporary addresses and their messages may expire according to the lifespan shown in the Service. Saved addresses, account data, and Premium content may be retained while your account or applicable feature remains active. We may retain transaction, security, support, and legal records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
When data is deleted, residual copies may remain temporarily in backups or logs until they are overwritten or no longer needed. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data that no longer identifies you.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
