How to Restore Your Temporary Email Address

If you've lost access to a temporary email address on TempMail.so, follow the steps below to restore it:

1. Log in to TempMail.so Dashboard: Log in https://tempmail.so create an account and log in to access your settings.

2. Subscribe to Premium: To activate email address management features, subscribe to our Premium version. This will allow you to manage restored email addresses.

3. Contact Customer Support: Email us ([email protected]) with the following details:

   • The temporary email address you wish to restore.

   • Your registered account email.

   • The reason for the restoration request.

4. Email Ownership Verification: Our support team will review your request and verify that the temporary email belongs to you. If we cannot confirm ownership, the restoration may not proceed.

5. Email Restoration: If ownership is verified, we will manually migrate your temporary email to your account and set it as a long-term email to prevent future expiration.

6. Check Your Restored Email: Once restored, log in to your TempMail.so account and access the email address to view new messages.

Important: After restoring your temporary email, you will only be able to receive new emails. Any previous emails will not be accessible.
